All orders after 12PM Pacific Time are queued for the next business day, including weekend orders.
International orders will be left to the customer's responsibility on any international duties or taxes levied to their order.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days on specific items sold here. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer any form of refund or exchange. We unfortunately cannot accept any returns on any previously worn, washed or On-Demand items that were made using our unique Harmony O designs according to your sizes for your order.
To be eligible for a return, item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only accept returns from our eCommerce website.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a tracking number when shipping or purchasing shipping insurance.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
